We currently accept the following insurances: Anthem and Cigna. HOWEVER, it does not mean you have coverage with these insurances just because we accept them. It will depend on your deductible, co-pay, and co-insurance. If you do not have coverage or have any other type of insurance you would be considered a SELF-PAY patient. We accept the following forms of payment: card, cash, check, and tap to pay. Any AMEX card will have an extra $5 charge on top of the price for the service provided. WE DO NOT ACCEPT MEDICARE, MEDICAID, OR HIP PLANS.

You can do this by calling the office directly and leaving a voice-mail if needed. If you call after the hour prior to your appointment or no-show, you will be charged the full amount of the service booked. The New Patient appointment is reserved specifically for you and after an hour the ability for us to fill that spot is nearly impossible. Please be respectful of our time as it is our livelihood and the time of others who may be wanting to get in. We appreciate your understanding!

My name is Dr. Julio Cruz Gonzalez. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, “La Isla Del Encanto” (The Island of Enchantment). I moved to Indiana in December of 2018 and prior to moving to Indiana I lived in upstate New York where I completed my Doctorate in Chiropractic at New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) located in Seneca Falls, NY. I graduated NYCC in April 2019 and in addition to my Doctorate I currently hold a bachelor in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico. I love what I do each and every day and I take great pride in helping others feel better and live a healthier life!
