INSURANCE
We currently accept the following insurances: Anthem and Cigna. HOWEVER, it does not mean you have coverage with these insurances just because we accept them. It will depend on your deductible, co-pay, and co-insurance. If you do not have coverage or have any other type of insurance you would be considered a SELF-PAY patient. We accept the following forms of payment: card, cash, check, and tap to pay. Any AMEX card will have an extra $5 charge on top of the price for the service provided. WE DO NOT ACCEPT MEDICARE, MEDICAID, OR HIP PLANS.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can do this by calling and leaving a voice-mail or emailing the office directly.
NEW PATIENTS ONLY- For cancelling or re-scheduling we require notice of at least 1 HOUR prior to your scheduled time. If you provide notice after the hour prior to your appointment or no-show, you will be charged 100% of the service booked.
EXISTING PATIENTS ONLY- For cancelling or re-scheduling we require notice of at least 30 MINUTES prior to your scheduled time. If you provide notice after the 30 minutes prior to your appointment or no-show you will be charged 100% of the service booked.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do require a 12-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 12 hours before it is scheduled, you will be charged a non-refundable fee of 50% of the service scheduled. However, if you no-show/no-call your appointment will be charged a non-refundable fee of 100% of the scheduled service.
